(Very altered versions is adding a script to a / the spells. Slight altered is moving Magicianess to another vanilla location. If that is what you want and you don't want her in Imperial City then tell me and i'll do it. Or you can alter it and use for yourself.)

This is a handy mods that adds 18 spells both for restoration, destruction and other miscellanous purposes. The spells are taught to you by a new girl in Tamriel that stands next to the king statue outside of A Fighting Chance in Imperial Market District. Talk to her and you can purchase the foreign spells.
These spells will allow for strategic spellplay while still having mana left to do it for a long time without drinking a potion or swinging a sword due to lack of mana energy. (Magicka meter ^^)
A breakdown of all the things this spell .. No i meam mod! adds:
1 Girl named Magicianess
1 Weapon (equipped on Magicianess)
18 spells.
So quite simply all of this mods content is in the same place
