Download IlaWynde Overlook V1_4

Player Home located east northeast of Ivarstead.

For the beginning player it is east of Riverwood, over the mountains  and near a lake.

Fast travel and map marker enabled.

Excellent views as you will discover.

The home has many player-safe containers, weapon displays and mannequins for your hard earned plunder.  Also features a garden area, stable, player horse, armor/weapons and crafting stations to improve your skills.
Should you encounter any enemies, they will be leveled.

Come explore and enjoy IlaWynde Overlook.

Installation:
Load the esp into your data folder and enable using the Launcher Data function or activate with Nexus Mod Manager.

Important Notice:
Currently in this build of Skyrim some exterior structures may not appear when you arrive at the cell.

If the IlaWynde Overlook exterior  is missing, just save your game and then load the save and it should appear. Hopefully this will be fixed soon. Same applies when exiting the interior, repeat same procedure. As noted in the above link you can open the house in CK and double click on the static for the house and select FULL LOD.
