This mod simply adjusts the transition time between weather types in the game. Clear and cloudy weathers now have a 1.5x longer transition time, and foggy, stormy, rainy, and snowy weathers now have a 2x longer transition time. I would have made these multipliers larger, but sadly the Creation Kit has a set maximum transition time. I will update this mod in the future if anybody knows how to avoid that limit.

Installation:

1) Extract the contents of the ZIP folder into your Data folder
2) Make sure the Longer Weather Transitions.esp is checked in the Launcher

Uninstallation:

1) Delete the files/folders associated with the mod
2) Uncheck the Longer Weather Transitions.esp in the Launcher

Compatibility:

This mod WILL be incompatible with any mod that edits these variables. However, if you adjust the load order, whichever mod loads last will likely be the one to affect the transition time. Therefore, if you want to use this mod, make sure it is loaded AFTER any mods that may edit the weather transition time.
