== What is Really Immersive Messages? ==

Really Immersive Messages is a mod which dramatically improves immersion within the game. It changes all messages into the first person, re-writes many to make them more informative, removes annoying messages such as "Loading Area...", and changes all the birthsigns, skill and attribute descriptions to the first person. The result is a dramatically improved and immersive gameworld.

== So what does it actually do? ==

The messages you get at the top left of the screen. They're all written in 3rd person, which makes it seem like there is someone constantly watching over you. OOO changes these to first person, but I've tried doing it differently, adding a more "personal" touch to it.

This mod changes all non-menu messages (i.e. any message within the playable game) to the 1st person, makes the descriptions clearer, but also makes it more immersive by making these messages feel like they're actually said by your character.

It also changes all of the character creation options to the first person, including the class, birthsign and specialization texts and descriptions to the first person.

Lastly, it removes the pointless, immersion spoiling messages such as "Loading Area...", "Your horse is stabled outside of the city gate" and "Your killing has been observed by forces unknown..".

== Installation ==

There three different ESP files included in the archive. Only use one of them at a time.

ReallyImmersiveMessages.esp - This is the default file. This contains all the changes and should be used most of the time.

ReallyImmersiveMessagesNoBirthsigns.esp - This contains all the changes, except that the birthsign descriptions have not been modified. Use this if you use a mod that changes the default birthsigns, such as OOO.

ImmersiveMessagesDebug.esp - This contains all the changes, plus a testing cell that was cleaned from the base mod. This cell, ImmersiveMessagesTESTS, contains an NPC, a few sigil stones with scripts attached, a few locked doors and containers. I used this to test a few messages, such as picklock messages, essential NPC down messages and such. Not really needed unless you're curious, or just want to see a few sample messages to try the mod out.

== Compatibility ==

Should be compatible with almost any mod. It's best not to use this mod with any mod that:
* Changes the messages to first person
* Removes the "Loading Area..." and such messages

You may get some strange results if used with any of these mods, but it won't break your game. If you have a mod which changes the birthsigns, use the No Birthsigns version.

This is compatible with OOO, just use the No Birthsigns version and load it after all the OOO plugins. Frans users can use the normal version, while FCOM users will need to use the No Birthsigns version, as OOO is part of the FCOM package.

== Bugs & Suggestions ==

If you find any bugs, any messages not changed into third person, or any messages with weird formatting issues, please leave a comment and I'll fix it right away. If you have any suggestions, feel free to comment also.
