Taking Sonoshi's idea of instead of repeating the use of the dragon statues and such(though most of what I have I think was just placeholders initially) she used the dragon skulls, I took it further and to try to remove dependancies on dlc removed the spines and bones and would just then use rocks almost as if there's a skeletons of dragons buried deep beneath the surface of skyrim. And So we have the new fountain.. between this version(the one she did the cluttering for) and my original, the only difference is in the rocks and placement of the skulls. Same effect overall.
