I tried a new char and i could save then... and Obse and all that is there as well. I think he has a problem that some mods i had before are not there anymore?! That is the reason for crash i think! But what can i do against it`?

Hi everyone..., i have a little problem which doesnt allow me to play oblivion. I´ll start right at the beginning. I had to reinstall windows 7 and so i had to reinstall oblivion as well. in my old oblivion i had following mods.. so after i reinstalled i only installed mods i really wanted.. which make it look like this. But know when i start the game and try to save, it crashes! Obviously it has to since my old savegame has a lot of mods which arent there anymore. So my question is what should i do? i tried Wyre bash to make a cleansave but i didnt make it! Maybe i did something wrong or maybe not? In Wyre bash i clicked on the last four options, which i had in the savegame tab!? nothing happened.. Someone advised me to travel to coc testinghall and wait there for 72+1 hours and save then again which didnt work? IF i did it right!? Or does it help if i install all the Mods again and then deactivate them one by one? I hope i could describe my problem and also hope for a lot of help.. so please help me since i dont want to start a new char. I playing with this one since oblivion released...
