I have tried it and it is extensive in scope, the goal it seems is to completely populate all of Elsweyr with rather unique cities and native Khajiit tribes, and indigenous creatures ,so far only about 24 quests but Llana is supporting her mod with consistent updates.Visually she has done a very good job and seems to be lore consistent. I intend to keep it my permanent load order, would recommend it .

Greetings Community, I'm a retired USN aviator, avid Oblivion fan with limited modding experience, only one published. I put down Oblivion for a year or so but have returned to the fold. Am in the process of working on another mod and have been scouring the net for good sites of which this one was recomended by a friend. I have found if you want to do something then just set out and try, the worst thing that can happen is that you fail, but you also might succeed.
