I've found that making a follower npc mod was one of the easiest things, so I decided to start a little bit of my own modding with just that. I built a complete character, added him to two factions CurrentFollow and PossibleFollow, then created his relationship as my parent npc, that gave me the dialog and everything I needed preset with that and it worked. Two player follower mods I downloaded after that both use the same edits, just focusing on the factions and relationship, there was nothing else added to the npc and they were working at first, but now sadly they ain't. I'm getting no greeting from him (the downloaded mod, my build I deleted) he just says, "Hmm?" I distinctly remember trying to edit his features, deleting some excess AI packages prior to this.. I thought it was caused by loading an autosave that may have been corrupted or due to being at a certain quest, since my console cmd help follower 3 read that I have one follower, I set to 0 and he still wouldn't speak, however the esp of the 2nd follower who I didn't edit would follow.
So what I have deduced it to is that something I might be doing to my follower in the CK may be the cause, maybe the CK itself. These mods had very well made faces that have been exported and edited in the CK and looked good so I tried to use them as a palette and I dunno what went wrong. Any advice or help will be greatly appreciated
