The first part of the script details is sometihng like this: The player goes to a Tavern, and meets a mysterious stranger. He goes on, asking what he thinks of the state Skyrim has descended to. Later, this person tells the player he needs him to go to the Reach and find a wagon that is carrying a coffin supposedly contains his 'mother'. But finds out that there is no coffin and/or wagon, but three people waiting for him. End of part one

Alright. So, I need help on making a quest that works. Well to break everything down, I neeed to know how the basics on how to make a quest, but no matter what youtube video or article on how to make a quest I looked at, I hadn't seemed to find one that applies to the script I made for the Mod itself. Overall, I need someone here who has knowledge on making a quest on the CK to tell me how to.

Hello, I am making a mod for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim that revolves around an elite, but clandestine group of Stormcloak Soldiers who act outside of the normal spectrum of Stormcloak authority. Later, they get embroiled in a secret underground world, full of corruption, crime, and the like found well beneath the social fabric of Skyrim. It all boils down to where they become part of a plot to prevent a madman bent on ending Skyrim's civil war using unorthodox methods. If you are interested, please reply back to know what I need.
