Using the mirror modifier mirrors the whole thing when all I want to mirror is the glove so I'm guessing I'd have to ummm seperate the glove from the rest of the armor mirror it and then rejoin it with the rest? If so what keys would I need to push to seperate and rejoin the glove? Unless I'm doing something wrong.... The glove

How exactly do I mirror it?

What do I gotta do to flip a glove in Blender so that it can look and fit normally onto the other arm? I know I gotta dupe the glove with Shift+D but I can't remember what I had to do next... It's been awhile since I used Blender >_>.

Thanks for the advice guys I´ll be sure to remember it. Thanks to Hanaisse I´ve learned where I´ve been going wrong when trying to understand how to UV map and so far I´m getting the hang of it I just need to keep practicing I guess... Anyways once again thanks for the advice guys and hopefully I get better at this stuff before Skyrim comes out >_<.

Alright I made a small basic hammer I haven´t added a texture or anything on to it yet because I´m still not quite sure how to on that part either >_>.... The picture is at an angle which leads to another question.... Is it alright to rotate the object? Like will it screw anything up if I rotate it bad or something?

I was wondering if anyone skilled enough at UV mapping would be able to guide me through my first time at UV mapping.... I just need someone to do this so I can make sure what I´m doing is right because so far I have no clue on how to UV map... not even the tutorials helped me >_<. Can someone please list the steps I would have to take when making a sword and a piece of armor assuming that armor would have more steps then a sword of course... I´ve read some of the tutorials already I was just wondering if someone could do this because It would be easier for me if I can see the steps in order and in as few words as possible... >_> Like... For a Weapon 1. Make the model in Blender. 2. UV Map it (Something I still don´t quite understand so if someone would be willing to guide me step by step while I do it for the first time would be awesome ) 3. Blah blah blah. Well I dunno if anyones going to read this but... I have started to learn how to make weapons thanks to those Video Tutorials by Echonite they were very helpful. Now my main thing now is learning how to make some armor.... So does anyone know of any video tutorials for making Armor in Blender? Thanks in advance

Well nobody bothered answering my request for these two things I would like so I hope there are some people here that could help. I was wondering if anyone around here could try and make the suit and possibly the weapon of Jin Kisaragi from BlazBlue. http://www.blazblue.com/wp-content/gallery.../Jin%20full.jpg I would guess that it would be hard to do but I hope someone can atleast try. If there are things certain changes you need to do then I dont mind aslong as someone can make it. Thanks in advance
