Hello Y'all.... Just got back into modding my Oblivion due to missing out on playing such a good looking game. Now I ask the audience if at all you can/could suggest some mods for me to make my Dark elf look more so like Lady Sylvanas from WoW. Hell there could be a mod already in the works or something of that nature. I know there is a Sylvanas follower in Skyrim which I have aquired and it looks fantastic. Now I'm working on making her look like that...but my knowledge of Oblivion mods are little to none being absent from the community for so long. Anyways I'll take comments and ideas in consideration and check more frequently in the Modding community.

Hey guys and gals, Just want to ask or be informed about a troublesome issue I'm having. I have OOO and some other nice mods,but I noticed that some chests in the game are armed.Now I play a thief/ranger type and for the love of Talos is there a way to disarm them like a rogue/thief is suppose to?There is no indication that it is armed and when I do pop the lock,the chest explodes and kills me.1 shot.This is becoming very nuissance and I see there is no real point in playing a thief/ranger.Pretty much this game dictates what class to play. Or I'm just missing something here. I really like to continue with my roled class,but if I keep getting one shotted every time I open a chest then I might as reroll.

There is one that I use and it really brings the game alive. Funny it's not mention here. It's called FXAA injector V1. You can grab it from Nexus. Not sure if it's a mod but definetly worth checking out imo.

I was wondering if there is a mod or manual way of making the lockpicking sound louder? Yes I'm having a great difficulty hearing the noise (click) it makes due to being hearing impaired. I have turned up the volume loud as it can go but I'm that hard of hearing. If anyone knows of a way - Could you share that little tid bit of information with me please. Thank you taking the time to read my post.

There is a mod that I use and it's called Oblivian Character Overhaul but get the OCOv2 Orsimer Overhaul. from nexus. It uses the textured faces from Skyrim.

Boy do I feel dumb.Thanks for pointing me in the right direction of the history of the Dunmer (Dark Elf) society.Now I can see how I would like to carry on with the creation of my dark elf and try to keep it some what close to thier beliefs and what not. So far I have gotten her to level 2 and damn it's a big world and hard as nails(due to me putting in the O.O.O. mod) but I want the challenge because I miss the old rpg style or themed games.

Hello fellow Tes gamers and modders. I'm new to the game and really enjoying the game Oblivion.Mods are making my game play even more enjoyable too.But....there is one issue I have with the game race that I've created and enjoy playing .The dark elves racial spell is way off the boarder. Not sure if this is a Bethesda idea or what,but the Dark elves follow a god of thier own and I have not yet read a book on thier lore where it is NOT Lloth the spider queen. Now here's an idea I came up with.Not sure if it has been put out on the table or has been passed up,but I think it would be so cool to have that racial spell icon change to a purplish spider and the ghost changed to a (dark elf half humanoid / half spider).....Would that not be cool? Anyways that's my idea if I could mod it up or alter it up.
