  2. Hi, My name is... my name is... my name is... SSsssssllim SSSsssssllimm Sssshady. Wait! My name is NOT Slim Shady. Apologies. I'm listening to Eminem and got carried away. aaaaaaanyway... S'up! I recently decided to play Skyrim again and I've enjoyed my second time around far more than the first. This enjoyment is no doubt due to how I often play my games. Generally, my first play is strictly no mods, unless the mod is a fix for the game and doesn't alter gameplay. My second time is free for all and I download any mod that interests me. It's like getting two games for the price of one and I highly recommend it. At this point, I have dozens and dozens of a wide variety of mods at my disposal. My favorite past time recently has been redecorating my homes using resource mods like the awesome FPI Gallery. This is somewhat ironic because I stopped playing The Sims 3 in order to play Skyrim more. Console command editing within the game is a bit slow, but nevertheless enjoyable. I have transformed my homes with entirely new deco, even changing the floor plan or making rooms bigger. Inevitably, I have been drawn to the Creation Kit to see what it has to offer. Clearly, it's not something you learn overnight. The tutorials I've found are somewhat helpful, the tough part is when you have a question and can't find an answer easily. I'm determined to teach myself this program. So, I tend to lurk mostly as a result. This is a great site and I've found it to be quite helpful since I joined. The one moderator I have spoken to has been brilliant. So, I can't fault this site at all.
  3. Very nice indeed. Everything in Skyrim looks dirty. The rugs are covered in stains and the walls look nasty, even in the Solitude crib. I recently got into editing my houses ingame, using console commands and the awesome FPI Gallery. Once you get used to how xyz position and angle work, it's quite simple. It's been a lot of fun deleting everything in a home and redesigning it, with a wide range of items at my disposal. I've even gone as far as making existing rooms much bigger by adding new outer walls and deleting the existing ones, with no dire consequences. There are other methods I've used in order to transform a room even further. Two ways you can make a room look amazing is to use the wall dividers as wood paneling. I setscale quite big so a single divider fits a wall, 2 floor pieces wide is ideal. Also, noticed some nice wood flooring on a boat and it's perfect for placing on top of existing floor tiles, to provide a new look. Also, they work just as well on the walls or even the ceiling. Normally, if I see something I like in the game, I copy the ID in order to use it in the future. This mod will be perfect and will provide new resources when I edit. It's much appreciated.
  4. As I sit here typing this somewhat whimsical thank you note, with the cat fast asleep in my lap, I realized something that forced me to ask questions. We don't own a cat. Where the hell did this cat come from? Who's cat is this? But, enough of my problems. Thank you for Bloodfalls. This will be perfect for my vampire's crib that I designed in the Creation Kit. Ha! Bet you expected me to complain again. As if.
  5. Unbelievable! First, I find your offensive tool thread that consists of no power tools. That was bad enough. Then, I found this thread! Perhaps I am mistaken, I hope not. This... now controversial, set of 'kitchen' tools does have a dishwasher included? Yes? If not, then why are you doing this to us? You torturer! I'm on to you. Bet you were a proper lollygagger in school. Yes, lollygagger is a word! Google it. Anyway, I was in Gryffindor, despite telling that bloody hat I preferred Slytherin. Thanks again. Happy Fools Day. =P
  6. Seriously? No power tools? Not even an obligatory electric screwdriver. In other words, you actually expect me to use unpowered hand tools, like an animal? It would be much better if one could use the tools in your kit to make power tools. Suppose holding my breath for that to happen would be futile. This leaves me no choice. I am forced to make due with the existing high quality set you obviously worked so hard to create. Happy? How do you sleep at night? This is the point where you fully realize I have been joking the entire time and thank you for sharing. =P It is April Fools Day after all.
