    Welcome to TES Alliance! If you want to know how to do that then Arthmoor is the man who knows such things as he the mod author behind the Open Cities Reborn for Oblivion and Open Cities Skyrim. @DarkRider: It wouldn't hurt to merge this thread with another "Hi" thread and edit the topic title a litte then make it a sticky.
  2. If I were you I would start small, create a small mod based on a simple idea like my Skyrim Map Markers mod. When I began working my mod I had an idea of how to get rid unnecessary running through Windhelm from the city gates all away down to the docks just to take a boat to Solstheim. So, I asked how to place a map marker in the CK and the rest is history. Eventually, when I tested my mod in-game I realized that there was a lot of places that didn't had a map marker, which I think should have one so I added a few more and soon I had over 100 map markers. In 2018 I released the final version (1.9) and now I am satisfied with what I've accomplished.
  3. Arthmoor's Live Another Life mod does not bypass the MQ, instead it postpone the MQ and let the player decide when to start the MQ. Which is quite different from a mod that bypass the MQ, don't you think.
  4. That's a bad idea and from what I know it's hard to make it work. Because bypass the MQ could be tricky and perhaps even impossible.
  5. I suggest that you scrap everything and start over with only USLEEP/USSEP and one mod. Don't forget to manually delete every Skyrim related files. Also, this time don't use Vortex or NMM and only use Wrye Bash, just to see if there something wrong with Steam. If something is wrong with Steam then reinstall Steam and all games you previously had installed before reinstalling Steam.
  6. After I looked at the picture I think I know what's wrong. In order to download mods from Bethesda.net via the in-game mod manager you must have an account on Bethesda.net, but since you already have the Bethesda.net Launcher open then you must also link your Bethesda.net account with your Steam account. You also might need to reinstall SSE after you have linked both accounts (Bethesda.net with Steam) and that can be done via your profile on Bethesda.net while being logged in.

  8. You must have SSE installed on your laptop. That's impossible for SLE due using Steam Workshop while SSE doesn't use Steam Workshop, not I am aware of.
  9. True, but you can actually use the 'COC' console command to *fast travel* between an exterior cell and an interior cell. Even DarkRider used the 'COC' command (scroll down at the bottom) in the 1st lesson of the Skyrim modding school.

  11. It seems my login cookie is purged from the server hence for logging twice and that happen when I read a thread in the Hosted Projects forum. Has anyone else notice it or is it just me? Also, if it matters I haven't clear the cookies and besides I don't get the same issue elsewhere.

  13. A couple of days ago I replied to a thread and now when I login I had a notification about being quoted. However, clicking on the link gives me "You don't have permission to view the content." message. Why can't I view the thread, I mean if I got a notification about it then I should be able to view thread?

  15. The result I got surpised me a lot and I didn't thought I had 446.21 with 32 Gb RAM and three Seagate SATA (two 3 Tb and one 2 Tb). My monitor is a Philips 24' - 1920x1080 Full HD and the video card is a Nvidia GeForce GTX 750 Ti - 2 Gb GDDR5. The CPU is an old Intel i5 2.5 Ghz.
  16. In almost a year, from late November last year until yesterday, there has been a server issue on GHF due to a server migration that failed. Which Fliggerty finished yesterday. Now, both GHF and MMH is back and ready to serve modders and mod users of Morrowind. One need to clear the cookies in the browser and doing that should work.

  18. Yes, there is a way to do that. Just check the script for the Grace of Courtsey shrine in the Puzzle Canal. Although, the player only have to get nearly drowned, but from what I understand the script is suppose to open up a way to a named Dremora.

  21. Welcome to TES Alliance, Varil! Have a cookie and why not a Pepsi to wash it down. I think you need to extract the string files from the Shivering Isles bsa by using the BSA Commander. I haven't used that tool, so I cannot say if that would work or not.
  22. Personally, I consider a SSD as a single download partition and that is what I plan to do soon. Because the other day one of my HDD's simple retired without showing a sign of being old or be defective.
  23. I think the random logout issue I got the other day seems to be fixed.
  24. I have just now and it seems at least one post of mine, I posted earlier today, doesn't exist.
  25. I manage to add those items I wanted to add to a NPC in CS. I also did a quick test in-game, so the mod seems to be working. However, I do want to do more before I release it and this time I wanted to add a few things to Ash Vampires, Ascended Sleeper, and Ash Ghoul. I consider these creatures (sorry if I use the wrong term) to be the most powerful of Dagoth Ur's servants. One of those things I want to change is about edit their spells and how do I do that in CS? I'll test it myself, of course if anyone else wants to test it then let me know.
