I think they should be saying you should buy "the" house. haha Actually, I'm surprised they didn't think to have more full two-story homes. In larger towns, not everyone can afford to own a home, so they rent, and it is common for rental properies to be multi-storied. Doing this would given the towns the illusion of being bigger, without sacrificing "real estate" on the map. Just a thought. The only need I see for a house anyway is to store valuable loot. Otherwise, I prefer my character to camp whenever possible. ;-)
