  1. Has any consideration been given to bacterial infections?  I am just recovering from nearly 5 years of them myself.  It takes forever to get a correct diagnosis and then the correct medication and all the side-effects.

Good luck to you, and I hope that you get some answers soon.

  2. I installed Reclaim Sancre Tor RC1_0_5 using Wrye Bash a few weeks ago.  I successfully completed basic training and then scripted events stopped happening.  According to the Wiki when my pc says goodbye to Rowan before leaving for the Spies Like Us part of the quest there should be a conversation - didn't take place, and then I spent 3 in game days waiting for the new "master" to speak to my pc in the Foaming Flask.

I de-activated the mod, made a clean save and then tried again 3 times with the same result.  I finally totally deleted the mod and ran around Cyrodil tying up some loose ends and then decided to re-download the mod and re-install it.  Much to my embarrassment I have forgotten how to get the 3 BSAs and the esp file into the Installers tab of Wrye Bash - help please.  I did try installing it manually, following the instructions and ended up with missing meshes.  I am definitely having a senior day and am feeling very frustrated LOL.

  3. I installed this using Wrye Bash and completed the Basic Training which I found nicely challenging.  However after that events that should have happened stopped.  When I said goodbye to Rowan he just wished me well on my way.  After getting to the Foaming Flask I waited 3 in game days without the "Master" speaking to me.  I de-activated, made a clean save and then repeated the first part of this 3 times to no avail.

I removed the entire thing, re-downloaded and discovered that I had forgotten how to install mods with Wrye Bash :anyone:  Feeling incredibly stupid I installed it manually (the 3 BSA files and the esp) and made the ini changes as instructed and now I have missing meshes in Cloud Ruler Temple - I have not gone any further yet as I don't want to end up bald from tearing my hair out.

  4. I run Windows XP currently and had terrible problems with left-over Registry entries causing all sorts of hiccups. Then I found THIS and all the problems were solved :dizzy:

I have checked with several people and they all agree that it does seem to do the cleanest un-install possible. The other reason I recommend it so highly is that you can be in total control of what is removed at every stage :smug:

  5. Phewww! My brain is feeling overloaded with information. I have just spent the last couple of hours reading through the site. Very informative indeed. I am looking forwards to adding this. However there is one question I did not find an answer to.

I have had to have my pc re-built due to registry issues and have done a complete re-install of everything, and from playing Oblivion completely without mods I now wish to use quite a few (and even play a male character!).

I have added Midas Magic to the mods I am playing and would like to know if WAC will play nicely with it. I have not been able to find an answer on any of the 6 sites I have read today, and I have been advised that this is one of the very best places to get a sensible answer :dizzy:smile.gif

I have since found out that a couple of the team use Midas Magic with WAC so I am going to give it a go. Thanks
