Hi guys. New to this forum and just toying with the idea of making mods for Morrowind. What I would like to create is a mod that rebalances vanilla fast travel in the following ways: Make guild guides much more expensive than silt striders except for high level Mages guild members. Make Almsivi and Divine Intervention spells much more difficult and expensive to cast (Mark and Recall are about right as they are). What would I need to do this?
