  1. I already have a package (travel), location, and conditions set up already. I want after the set stage is updated is for npc to say ("meet me at xxx tomorrow"). and for then to go the next day not the same day as the set stage is triggered.
  2. Hello forum, I am looking for guidance and support. I'm low-skilled with TES Construction Set, but I've done some basic stuff. I'm inspired by the mod - Companion Vilja. I hope to make my own companion mod, way less advanced though. I thought about the following NPC dialogue menu rough example: 1> Follow (armor equipped) 2> Follow (armor unequipped) 3> Wait here 4> Stop following 5> Talk topics Generic Oblivion Crisis Cyrodiil Current Location Quest Talk Canvas the Castle 6> Give item(s) Sweet roll 7> Settings Essential character (OFF) One issue I face is getting my dialogue options in the correct order. I lack scripting knowledge which is something I really need to achieve my goal, please help.
  3. About 4 years ago now I took my first step into mod making of any sort with my first Argonian follower, Zorro. I went back to the mod page recently and it made me feel pretty good re-reading the comments of people who actually had an interest in something I did, like, it actually made me feel better than I have in a while (and keep in mind, this was something young, inexperienced me did some years ago). I wanted to give the follower another shot in SE with all the bells and whistles you'd expect, so heres a teaser that hints at his story, motivations, and gives a sample for what he sounds like.   5. This is my first post in this community, i hope some of the experienced people here may help me with something that i think is a simple mod. My idea is: When giving a command to a follower keeping pressed the "E" key and ordering him to sleep in a bed, he remain in the bed sleeping and wont get up for at least 7 hours in game. The question is: What do i need to achieve this? i need to make package? i need to make a quest? or i need a simple script?. I need to say that i am very newbie with the creation kit, i was reading the tutorials in the www.creationkit.com page about scripting and packages but i can't figure out how to do it, any help will be really appreciated.
  6. Hi, I spent some time today to make a dog companion in Oblivion because I was missing my dogs in Skyrim. To do so, I used this tutorial: My companion works fine (although he has trouble with the navmesh over there) but, he never makes it through the various doors and door ways existing; each time, I'm forced to use "moveto player" once inside. Does anyone know how I could fix that? Additional lines to the script maybe?
  7. I'm well aqcuainted with the Creation Kit, not so much with scripting. I've been dissecting other mods, vanilla followers, and scouring the internet looking for scripts, but I can't find any that I can get to work. All I need are the simple follow, wait and trade scripts, just a base to work off of. I may in future add one that allows the player to set up a custom home for the follower, but for right now I only want to get him up and working.
  8. Hi, so I recently took up using the GECK and have made a follower with a companion wheel. That is not enough for me however, this character has a defined personality and story that I wish to convey through dialogue. The issue with this Is that I want to initiate some of this after quests via triggers. I have no idea how to do that... on a lesser note I want to add a follower perk to my character. I have gone through tutorial after tutorial to no avail. Assistance would be greatly appreciated.
  9. Hey so I've been trying to finish my first interior custom home and have been having an issue where followers will not follow me in or out of the cell. I have fully navmeshed the area, made sure that each door correctly links to its counterpart. I finalized the interior and exterior cells separately. The triangle under the yellow door marker is blue instead of green though. Does this mean that I've missed a step? Please help!
