  4. Stump Home Reloaded View File Video demonstration by Hodilton Video review by Nozi87 Video review by theDeModcracy Hello everyone, It has been a while that I released Stump Home. Since the day I first watched the Hodilton’s video demonstration about Stump Home, something has been really bothering me, the house was looking different in Hodilton’s game comparing with mine. Stump Home’s interior and exterior walls consists of vanilla tree stumps and for that reason how does the house look alters according to the texture packs people use. So I recently decided to solve that problem for good. I retextured the house and landscape of the island. Also I have added few features and clutters. For the full list please check what’s new section. - New stump texture for exterior walls of the house. – Standalone / Changes only house texture, doesn’t change any other stump texture in game. - New stump texture for interior walls of the house. – Standalone / Changes only house texture, doesn’t change any other stump texture in game. - New landscape textures for the island. – Standalone / Changes only island grass, path and coast textures, doesn’t change any other textures in game. - A window – Dynamically reacts to the time of the day both inside and outside. - A new roof. - Smoke on chimney / pipes. - New wood textures for the crafting tables in the basement. - New ceiling design in the basement. - New clutters - Incense bowl with actual smoke / New barrels in kitchen section / Small spice bags / Shrine of Arkay / Rug. - A simple boat travel system. Have you ever heard of captain Jurgen "The Unsinkable" Stormheart? No? Well you couldn't! He went missing long before you arrive to Skyrim. Some say he has left the country and others say he sailed to his new home which he had it built for his retirement on an island in Lake ilinalta and live out of the world. Who knows, maybe you can find him! The House - On the island east to Lady Isle with lady stones in Lake Ilinalta. House Key & Boat control device – Body of the Captain. Captain Jurgen - Look for his ship around Lake Ilinalta, Finding it is not so hard; there are not too many ships in Lake Ilinalta... Boat/Dock – South of the island on coast of the mainland. Exterior Camping area with furniture Small farming area Main Room Furniture, Kitchen, Shrine or Arkay, Wood burner and Containers Basement - Crafting Room All Vanilla crafting stations including a custom smelter Staff Enchanting table Containers Legendary edition of skyrim (Skyrim + Dawnguard + Hearthfire +Dragonborn) Using a manager like NMM / MO is highly recommended Compatible with everything except the mods alternate the same spots with the Island, boat/dock & the key. 5. Just finished the first level of my player house, and I'm pretty excited about it =) It's got a few issues, but I wanted to get some feedback/critiques of the parts that have been completed. Dropbox Link: https://www.dropbox.com/s/wo8878fd8vvzqoa/Sweetwater%20Manor.7z?dl=0 Description: Sweetwater manor is a complete player home, offering a number of features. I'm trying to keep it as lore-friendly as possible, if you notice an issue, let me know! Currently Implemented: First Floor: Floorplan Basic Architecture Work in Progress: Second Floor (have floorplan) Master Suite (have floorplan) Basement (have floorplan) There are some items that need to be remodeled or retextured on the first floor so everything fits/meshes well: Entrance floor needs new mesh. Need new column mesh for entrance/chapel transition. Need to alter the mesh for the 'doors' (currently windows that don't open) in the merchant area. Need to alter the mesh for the wood walls to get a nicer looking column. Need to build a mesh for the stairs in the main hall, so I'm not using replicated floor tiles. Retexture wood walls so they don't look so dirty. Retexture plaster walls so they look nicer/less dirty. Retexture flooring in merchant area and kitchen. New greenhouse 'windows'? Something with the stairs? Known Bugs: Some areas have overlap, causing 'jittery' textures. Working on a fix. A few areas have tiles that don't fully meet - will be fixed in next update. Future Plans: My original idea for Sweetwater Manor came about because there were so few player housing mods that combined the features of a mod with the vanilla 'building' experience. I'm also extremely picky =) I run a bunch of mods, so I wanted something that would maximize compatibility, have a ton of features, look really nice, offer the vanilla 'building' experience, allow the player to feel like they've invested in their home, and spectacular views. I wanted to accomplish all this without the use of internal loading screens, and with real windows. As this is my first mod, the windows are probably quite a ways off, but I've got some ideas... Currently Planned Features: Obtained via quest. Once the player hits level 10, a courier will drop off a note starting the quest. The house will be in a major state of disrepair, and require time (not much!) and materials to get into a liveable state. (General quest outline complete). Certain areas have to be repaired in order, but most areas are optional. Repairing different areas unlocks more features! Location: Picked, but not linked yet. Interior Features/Rooms: Entrance Main Hall Promenade (with merchants). Chapel (all alters). Kitchen Pantry (possibly with respawning ingredients?) Greenhouse Servant Quarters (Houscarl, steward, cooks, maids) Up to 6 children's bedrooms (Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions compatible, but not required). Children's Playroom Nanny Library Bathhouse Atrium Ability to hire skill trainers? Trophy Room Armoury Training Room All crafting stations. Barracks? Exterior Features/Buildings Stables Barracks, if they don't fit inside Guest House Lots of decks Arbors Landscaping Additional servant quarters (grooms, gardeners ect). Barn Farmland Well Orchard Courtyard Garden w/ Standing Stones Labyrinth? Mine? Security Hireable guardsmen Walls Gates Watchtowers Merchants: General Goods - Player Spouse Blacksmith (works at forge in basement, lives with sisters in merchant quarters). Armour (sister) Weapons (sister) Bowyer (married to Hunter) Hunter (married to Bowyer) Alchemist Magical/Reagents Jeweler Fence (hidden in basement). Let me know what you think! If you'd like to help with testing, meshes, or texturing, let me know please =) Floorplans: Screenshots:
  6. ℠Frost Ivy Glade ℠Bundle Pack of both editions To have things more organized, both editions of Frost Ivy Glade have now been put into the one pack for you to access. Any information you need can be sourced back to this page (or on one of the mirrors that are listed). I would like to make clear that my work is being offered as is. I am open for suggestions - but I won't be making a lot of changes, that are not needed. If you are having a problem with either one of the editions, then do leave me a message on one of my support threads. ⛄ Want some pointers with using either of the editions? ⛄ Don't worry, there are not a lot of points that will keep you here for hours, there is just a few that are important for you to know. It is strongly advised that you do not use the both of them at the same time as the risk is your game crashing. To not have that, it is encouraged that you only have one of them active in your game. Make sure to make a back up of your save game just in case before you use either of the editions. Why, you wonder, well, it's to make sure that should there be any problems with one of the editions, it won't bugger up your save game when you play it later. It's important to always do this. If you don't do this - I encourage you start now! Both editions require an updated Skyrim and the Dragonborn DLC to work correctly, because you risk your game crashing otherwise. I won't be making any Vanilla editions. When updating either edition, make sure that you take with you any items that have been stored inside and that you are in another cell, otherwise, you may lose your items / you may fall through a floor / or so. You can move your spouses and followers in with the appropriate mods (Spouses Can Live Everywhere and My Home is Your Home) though you are not able to move in your children. Taking a look at the different editions
  7. Hello! I want to tell you about a new Skyrim quest mod - Niflheim: House of Dark Mists. This is a quest mod I just finished up after three months of work on it. I've created many new mechanics for the quest, and I've created an archery range and two combat mannequins you can use to level skills, a new set of armor for the player as a reward, among many other things.
