  1. Hearthfire Bethesda has announced it's next DLC for Skyrim, the DLC will be available on the Xbox 360 4th September, here is what was posted on Bethblog: Bethblog: Release Trailer: Content currently known about: Choose Your Land - Choose from property in the salt marshes of Hjaalmarch, the forests of Falkreath, or the vast tundra of The Pale. For the more ambitious landowner, purchase multiple plots and start building a real estate empire. Customize Your Home - Expand your home with a variety of room combinations including an armory, alchemy tower, kitchen, trophy room and more. Grow plants in your new greenhouse, cultivate slaughterfish in the fish hatchery, house your Arcane Enchanter in the enchanting tower, or display your latest conquest in the trophy room. Add additional features like stables, mills, smelters, gardens and more. New Objectives and Interactions - Guard your home from unwanted visitors like marauding kidnappers, armed bandits, and skeever infestations. Turn almost any follower into your personal steward to improve and protect your home. Or if you require more help, hire a personal bard or carriage driver to ease the burdens of home ownership. Adoption - Transform your house into a home with Hearthfire's all-new adoption system. Adopt children and discover new ways to interact with your family. Play games with the kids, allow them to have pets and gain new bonuses from having a family. Are you excited for the new DLC?, Anything in particular you'd love to see?, Well discuss it here
  2. GENERAL INFORMATIONS: Fort Elianor is my newest project. Thanks to DarkFox127 and all the tutorials on TESA I decided to push myself once again! After making a few player homes and shop overhauls, I thought it is time for something bigger, better! I love hearthfire! The concept of building your own home, haveing to gather the materials you need, then hire bards, get a steward and move in with your children, it is something I really enjoyed. So do a lot of other people I guess (yeah, there are also a lot of other people who dont own hearthfire, srsly, just buy it already!). So, while building a house was cool, it was not enough for me. Not even quite! I wanted walls, guards. Hire NPCs and stuff. While there are some mods on the Nexus and the Steam Workshop which gives you these options, it felt to easy and it was just not enough for me again! I also love Skyhold from Dragon Age. But honestly, in Skyrim it would be far to much work and probably end up being one of these empty looking, to big places. I dont want that. So, after a long time of planing I finally have the skills and the time AND the will to make what I always wanted: A fort with a player home you can build hearthfire style with hireable NPCs and Economy! Maybe even more in the future! So, what is my plan? Well basically you will be able to buy a piece of land from a NPC (maybe that changes). The piece of land will turn out to be a valley with a hill, on which the fort ruin is that you will be able to rebuild, a lake, woods and a old mine. You can then rebuild the fort (you need a realistic amound of materials you can buy or harvest in the valley or outside!), build a player home, houses for your NPCs and later hire them (Look at the feature list for more informations about that!) After the basic rebuild the NPCs will have an Economy purpose. Hunter will be able to get hides, pelts, meat, etc. Miner will mine and you get the idea. So, here is a list of features and the current state of them: General things: Worldspace (100% done) Lake (100% done) Forest (100% done) PARTLY CUT! LOD (100% done) Layout of the Fort (100% done) Layout of the Home (100% done) Basic Crafting System (100% done) NPC and Enemy (15% done) Economy System (0% done) Crafting/Building: New Features planed! Khajiit Caravans (only planed so far!) maybe more! AI Packages: Guard Package (50% done) others (0% done) Economy: still in planing! I can not promise any dates or so since I work on it mostly alone (DarkFox127 helps me with scripts). I will however keep you up up-to-date! Also, if you want to help me test the mod for bugs, please let me know via pm! Used Ressources/Content so far: Screenshots: AND I would love to hear ideas and input from you guys!
  3. I have a question about uploading meshes that have sensitive data regarding the DLC, mainly the ingredients. In the middle to late last month I finished doing a static mashup of ingredients in jars. All ingredients other than Salmon Roe. The idea was based off of a resource package on the Nexus, however I didn't use his models and decided to make all of them that I could on my own. This includes ingredients from Dawnguard, Hearthfire, and Dragonborn. My question is, if I only upload the meshes (not the textures), would this be okay since the textures give the mesh it's color and wouldn't display correctly in either the game or NifSkope? Or would I need a plugin file with it? The reason why I ask that is not only for clarification, but mostly for the fact that I would much rather allow modders to use these jars than to have a mod depending on mine. =/ Being that it's for the modding community, or rather giving BACK to the modding community that has given me so many things to play with since Morrowind, I wouldn't want to step on toes and whatnot. Especially here! Thank you for any clarification and any advice regarding to this!

What is it? This mod aims to provide Heljarchen Hall owners a no-cost, add-on swimming pool and hot bath, somewhat missing when you're a successful warrior or mage who have just built a very large estate. This mod has been cleaned and checked with TES5edit and Wrye Bash. Features: * Follower-friendly -- with an included navmesh, it means followers can go anywhere around the pool. * Self-Contained -- except for the navmesh, which has been improved on, and I had to tweak the terrain to build the pool's foundation, the mod is highly separate and does not mess up with Heljarchen's programming. * Heated Tub and Braziers -- perfect for those who have Frostfall. Compatibility: * This mod requires the Hearthfire DLC installed. * Some Hearthfire mods that alter Heljarchen may or may not be compatible with this mod. * This mod is not compatible with Heljarchen Hall Reform. * This mod is not compatible with Fort Heljarchen. * This mod is compatible with vanilla or Tropical Skyrim. * This mod is compatible with Heljarchen Hall Lights. For any issues, please leave a message (if it's a glitch, describe it in full) at the comments section or PM me; I'll try to resolve them as much as possible. Also, as this is a beta release (hence the "b" besides the version number) and thus a WIP, meaning to say I'm still conducting compatibility testing and debugging, there will be some possible imperfections or odd bugs, especially in combination with other mods. Anything you see missing or something that doesn't look right, just leave a detailed comment (if English isn't your native language, use Google Translate before posting your comment). Thank you. Installation: * Manual: open the 7zip folder, pick which mod to use, then drag and drop the .ESP file into Skyrim's Data folder. Uninstallation: 1.) Hard save while inside an interior cell, then exit. 2.) You can then deactivate and uninstall from NMM, or manually delete the mod (the filename is HF_Heljarchen_Pool.esp). Upgrade (if it happens): Almost the same as uninstallation, but overwrite the .ESP file. Hard save while inside an interior cell, then exit. For manual upgrading, open the 7zip file, click and drag over the .esp files to the data folder and overwrite the old .esp. Adds respawnable chests full of everything one could possibly need for building your houses in Hearthfire. Not only are building materials included, but materials for all of the trophies are included as well. The chests are located at the main building sites outside of all of the houses. You will see their locations in the screenshots.
