2 blender windows... _---_

every time i open blender, it has 2 windows open:

1. the python check thing (it says "got it"

2. the normal window

is it supposed to be like that?  

cause its kinda bothering me everytime i look at my start bar and it says  *2 blender.exe*

atleast the program isnt messed up

The python Window is Blender's command line for the most part.

It's supposed to function with the python window and blender window both open.
