Worldspace Copy?

Hail Modders!

I have created a new city worldspace, so naturally parented it to Tamriel so it maintains the same landscape and LOD info. Trouble is, I don't want the parent landscape to reflect the child landscape changes. Is there a way to remove the parent Tamriel, but keep the landscape and LOD info?

I suspect not, but I'm hoping for a miracle!  :)

aa_biggrin.gif Well Ive had to do a similar thing for when i was isolating Sutch, and the technique worked quite well, but was very fiddley.Trouble is i didnt need the distant LOD, so my technique kills that off, do you still want to here it?

Sure, post away, I might find an alternate solution for the LOD issue.  aa_biggrin.gif

1. Copy the Tamerial Worldspace, this will freeze the CS, and will take a long time, but it has to be done.

2. Assign your worldspace to this new tamerial worldspace.

3. Using TES4Edit delete the changes you made to the tamerial worldspace.

4. Delete any cells in your new Tamerial worldspace that you dont need, (aka, all the ones around it). this will take some time and practice.

And your done!
