Go ahead and ask a general modding question here - when you don't want to start a new thread.  I'm not the Answer Man, but considering this is the Study Hall, there has to be a genius or two around here somewhere.

I like BSA Commander because it's very easy to use.  The readme for it has three links, here's the first:
