Download & Screenshot: TES Alliance TES Nexus

Name: Insanity's Morrowind Launcher
Version: 2.0
Date: 28/03/2010
Category: Utilities
Author: InsanitySorrow
Source: TES Alliance

=================
Requirements:
=================

.NET Framework 2.0

=================
Description:
=================

The Morrowind Launcher allows the user to easily and effortessly launch Morrowind, The Construction Set and more with
a simple click of a button. It features a simple set of tools that allow you to quickly access your Morrowind Data Folder, INI and more.

Version 1.0 is a basic release with the intention of adding more options in later versions, so if you have any requests let me know.

***Features:***

Launch Morrowind
Launch CS

Open Data Folder
Open INI
Backup INI
Restore Backup INI

There are a couple of additional things to know about too:

Auto-Exit - This tells ISMWL to close if you launch the likes of the Construction set or the main game.

Save INI - THis is important, be sure to save the ISMWL.INI whenever you change a file path or setting, that way its recorded and loaded when you next
use the app.

=================
Use:
=================

Before you can start launching Morrowind or the CS you will need to click the settings tab and set the locations. Be sure to save the INI. Aslong
as you do not remove the INI file this will be a one time only setting, though you may change it however many times you would like.

=================
Installation:
=================

Extract the EXE and run

=================
Un-Installation:
=================

Delete the EXE and INI files.

Ok, might just need a little tweakin here IS. Install was smooth and problem free.Likewise when I point it to mt MW .ini it sees it right off but it won`t read the .exe,launcher,.esms, etc. I got a screen shot but there`s no wayto attach it here without linking to PB. I figure it`s not really necessary.Since the .ini is in the same place as the .esms and all I wonder why the launcher path won`t read?
Ok, got the linky

Okay just a note that ISMWL does not touch the EMSs/ESPs or the original MW Launcher. I have tested this app myself and it will launch MW, just point to your MW directory.

The CS Launching needs tweaking on my end, but there is a temporary solution for you while you wait for an updated, rename the CS.EXE to TESConstructionSet, IE get rid of the spaces.

I did point it to the MW directory but the launcher doesn`t show as you can see in the screen I linked above.Dunno why.Thanks IS.
