Okay, first off I will cover the mods I have made. All of my mods are of high quality since I am sort of OCD about things...

Third Person Animation Fix
There is a known issue with the 'reload' animation '1hpreloadf.kf' where it messes up the energy cell and latch after it plays. This can also be seen if you use the laser pistol. This is only visible in 3rd person 'after' you reload the weapon. If you un-equip and then re-equip the weapon, it goes away until you reload the weapon again.
The same issue occurs with the '1hpjamf.kf' animation in 3rd person.
Both of these animations have been fixed and are included in this mod.

Bridge Town
Wandering around up north, you hear whispered rumors from wasteland survivors of a town of raiders and to avoid the long bridges up there. Planning on taken them out, you search the nearby Com-Sat towers full of raiders until you come over the top of a mountain and before you is a long broken bridge. Scurrying accross the bridge like ants are raiders and their shanty shacks!

Container Replenishment
On cell reset, not only are enemies restocked by default but now so are most containers!
There is a base 20% chance that on cell reset a container will be replenished.
If the player has the scrounger perk then the chance is increased to 40%.
Most containers also have a limited chance that they will be replenished, even if they pass the above criteria.
-For example, the metal box has a 15% chance to get an item. This means, if they pass the 20%, they still have to pass the 15% to get replenished.
CELL RESET - This happens when you have already visited a cell once, and do not visit it again for at least 3 game days.

Johhny Appleseed
Wandering the wastes West of Megaton, something green catches your eye in the distance. Walking closer your surprised to find a man tending to an actual apple tree.
The 'crisp' apples fresh off the tree are healthier than the 'fresh' apples you find in the wasteland.
There are three types of retextured Deathclaw gauntlets, Iron, Steel and Titianium. Each does a different amount of damage so you can choose the one that fits with your belief in how gameplay should be.

Levelers Chamber
A Utility or a Cheat, you decide.
A full featured home base with so many features it will make your head spin. Really!

Lock Interface Texture
Many options for replacing the ugly orange screwdriver on the lock-picking mini-game.

Solar Scorcher
Travel through the Guardian of Forever gateway back to vault 13 and find the fabled solar scorcher weapon!
Wandering down a lonely broken road towards the destroyed city of Fairfax, lights ahead catch your attention. You see a line of streetlights leading up to a lighted building. Managing to sneak your way in past the gun emplacements, you come across a strange looking gateway and a voice booms out...
You find the solar powered 'Solar Scorcher' weapon. It will only recharge in daylight, so you must be outside and have it equipped.
