MGE shaders

Whoo yeah...this looks great but I need to know about the shader editor in MGE. I was able to navigate to a selection box and chose "additional textures" and then couldn`t figure how to set it. I mean that when I went in game it looked great (except the water could look better) but when I came out and opened the MGE .gui it didn`t still show in the shader window...I just need to know how to use this methinks.

Don't know if it will help, but here is one thing I found: Scroll down to the bottom, for the q and a part, and it talks a little bit about adding shaders.

Thanks HY...I`ll do that...Not so simple as adding a pluggin or resource...

I use MGEXE, it comes with a set of default shaders for each thing that you might want (including shadows). That way you just pick the effects you want in the editor and make sure they are ordered right (see the MGEXE thread for the correct order).

I couldnt understand the MGE shader Editor either.

Heheh...the readme kinda scared me off MGEXE. I think the shader editor in MGE needs shaders to be in a folder then you just nav to it and tick the ones you want...that`s as far as I`ve gotten. Sort of the way the distant land editor finds your .esms and then you nav to your install directory and add the overhauls (like Vurt`s) and just let it do it`s thing.
