When you get to Cloud Ruler did you speak with Captain Steffan? He should greet you at the gate when you arrive.

Yes, that all happened and after three days he tried to get me to leave but refused as I didn’t have the book. So the mod is working, but the book and letter aren’t there. I don’t k ow the codes of the mod to use the console to see if that helps.

For those who have taken an apprentice and found that their arrows in their inventory continuously multiply (my apprentice, Rowan had 20 million silver arrows before I found a fix).  First remove any items that you have given your apprentice that you want him/her to have again, any that are left in the inventory will disappear for good. Next enter console mode and select your apprentice, then enter the command resurrect.  Your apprentice's inventory will be reset and bug free.

Unfortunately it's not a fix just a reset.  The arrow count keeps on doubling also his fruit juice and bread as well.  So every time he start panting I resurrect him

Either a bug with how negative inventory amount was put on those items or a conflict with something else affecting the inventory and interacting with a negative inventory amount on those items.  It may be some months before I am playing with a character after main quest is done.  I will try to take a shot at this then.  I do not remember this happening in my prior games. nor do I recall anyone else with it, so maybe a conflict involved with some installations.
