Just some modding help

Hey im working on modding skyrim with FOMM im just going to post it here because i cant seem to post it in the skyrim section.

Im trying to alter some spells iv been testing alot of things and have some little knowledge i think im just asking some people here and share some knowledge on whatever they feel.

For example what MDOB and MGEF (i think it means magic effect) and DATA and FULL/DESC (name and description im sure) SPIT ect

what these things and some others do and what do the code list names and the code that is in these lists mean like general examples of code and how it translates or how code in general translates im very curious thanks alot.

Check the CS Wiki for oblivion for definitions of terms. Seems things are pretty much the same anyway....
