[IDEA/WIPz?] Staff/Shield on back

Hello everyone,

I've been playing TES games for quite a while, and have dabbled in modding with Morrowind and to a slight extent, with Oblivion. I know the very basics of the CK, but my knowledge is very minimal besides that.

First of all, I'd like to know if it would be possible to get staves and shields to show on your character's back in third person. If it is possible, I'd like to get some ideas on how it might be accomplished. Depending on the difficulty and knowledge required, I'd like to make a mod that does this. So, I guess this thread is more for brainstorming possible ways to accomplish this task, and a possible WIP, if it's something that I could accomplish. I'd love any tips and/or feedback from you guys, and here's to hoping this is possible.

Possible, probably. You are better off asking on the beth forums to get more exposure time to more people who would know better.

on Tesnexus there are al lot of mods " Shield on Back" for the vanilla and several non Vanilla Shields. http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/8401/? for example or skyrim http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/17746/? .  Take one and play the game.
