Isle of Half-Light Quest

I've gone throught he quest until I reach the Topal Bay Coast Guard Station. When I ativate the Lamp Post the Latern goes into the water. I've moved Reclaiming Sancre Tor to the bottom of my load order just above Bashed Patch and still same issue. Also I don't dee any evidence of a bridge to the island nearby. I'm including images.

I'm running RCv1.0.4

I was able to continue on by using moveto player once I was on the island. After waiting an hour the ship showed up.

This is a bug in the bug tracking thread, under Cannot Reproduce. I've only had one other report and I can't duplicate it so there's been little I can do for a fix; you're not running a non-English version of Oblivion by chance? There's not supposed to be a bridge to the island though, you're just supposed to water walk or swim. A moveto at the dock is the only fix available at this time and shouldn't affect the gameplay ahead.

Thanks for the reply Darkrider. I'm running an English version. I thought I read somewhere there was suppose to be a bridge, my mistake there. I've tried multiple ways to get the lamp to stay on the beaten path, so I'm not sure what's happening. Regardless this is an amazing piece of work and I have no issues using a few console commads to get through it. I have ran into a few other issue, but nothing that I haven't seen mentioned yet elsewhere in the Forum. I've been reading through posts as much as possible to make sure I'm not adding anything that has already been mentioned. Here is my load order for your use.
