New Low Flash Skin!

Hey Folks,
We've added another skin to our line up it's just a basic recolor of the default skin for those folks who prefer/require a little less flash in their board browsing but don't enjoy the snow white background of the default skin. The skin is a WIP, there are some bits of code I need to track down and edit but it's finished for the most part so I've set it live for those who would like to use it.!

You have my eternal gratitude. The TESA Dark theme looks great, but I just can't get used to it. I find the IP Board Dark theme much more easier on the eyes! Thanks!

Yaaaaaaaaaaaay!

I think the grey could be a darker shade, but it's still nice to have a dark simple theme.

White is blinding and worse for the eyes. I don't know how people prefer that!
