Hey Tiger

You must 'Take Ownership' of the folder. Right click 'Program files' then click properties> security> advanced> owner. Then change from 'Trusted Installer' or 'System' to yourself.

You should be able to copy into the folder following these steps.

Edit: Or try what IS said. There are plenty of tutorials on how to disable UAC. Google it :yes:

While for the novice users UAC is fine, I haven't used UAC since beta testing Win7.. I use a good firewall and anti-virus and I watch where I go on the internet. Unless your pretty diligent about what you do and you have decent protection then UAC is a must have for the majority of users.
