A heads up on MMM38BSA.7z

The people at the Official Forums pointed me here for the latest MMM version. The download seems to be corrupt. Tried to download 3 times with Mozilla, 1 time with IE, and 1 time with Mozilla DownloadItAll. Failed at around 210MB with a corrupt file, and Mozilla DownloadItAll reports a size mismatch. I'll just download MMM3.5.5b5 from Nexus for now.

There have been a few users reporting the problem before. You can read here for possible solutions.

I was able to download MMM38BSA.7z and other larger files from here using Google Chrome. With Firefox it just times out.

I have the same problem, and using Google Chrome didn't help. All my browsers show file size 278 MB instead of 396 MB and downloaded archive is always corrupted.

Growing pains. We just moved to our new host, so, we are still sorting things out. Try again in a few hours, and see if things don't improve at all.

It still shows wrong size and gives me corrupted archive. Tried several times - no changes.

Yep, looked for it yesterday too, to no avail...

Just downloaded it with Firefox 47.0 and managed to open it: no problem at all.

I do believe that the original upload got corrupted, but, was replaced by one of the original team. If the uploaded hasn't posted in the comments thread that it is now working, that sure wouldn't hurt.

If you can download it and it doesn't seem to be corrupted then the copy on the site is fine. Plus, you would still need the authors permission to upload it anywhere.
