Last episodes are the best of the last season , Yeah the show did slow down quite a bit, still mostly good though.

I've started JJ's big pre-Lost series, Alias. I like it, mostly, but I need to be watching it with one who might call herself my girlfriend, because at times it feels more like 'Felicity' than a spy show.

Well there's an interesting story unfolding and there's some quality action. And Jennifer Garner has this way of acting genuinely frightened while she's doing her spy action stunts. It's unique. Harrison Ford looks mad as hell when Indy gets into a fight. Matt Damon shows a robot's surgical precision - no emotion - when fighting in the Bourne movies. Jennifer Garner looks convincingly terrified in her action sequences. It's growing on me. Give it a whirl if you can.

Anyone care to speak about Game of Thrones TV series? Like? Dislike? Theory's? I have TONS!!!

As a latecomer to GoT, I really enjoyed it.  I wasn't entirely sure what to expect (in spite of having read the first novel back in the '90s... /hipster) and as such it wasn't really what I expected, being more politics than classic fantasy, but it's been a thoroughly enjoyable journey so far.

 

Except for the often-complained-about habit of killing off numerous characters just as you start to really care about them.

 

Not much more to add than I can't wait for the next series!  I was going to say something else, but y'know, spoilers and all that for those who haven't yet caught up.
