[REL] Tax Collectors

Arcimaestro Antares did most of the work, I just added dialog and suggestions.

 

When you have your own stronghold, an imperial tax collector will appear there once per month. You have to pay 250 septims per month.
You may leave money (up to 6 months) to one of your retainers, so they can handle the taxes, in your absence.

Telvanni stronghold: Farena Arelas
Hlaalu stronghold: Hlodala Savel
Redoran stronghold: Hetman Guls

If you don't pay taxes for a long time (4 months), a warrant will be issued for your arrest.

LOL I had this idea while back, but not just for that. I was thinking for how much septims you have and how many houses you own for at least vanilla houses and if possible modded houses/castles/etc.

 

If I start playing Skyrim again, I'll check this out!
