[SKY] [REQ] WCIF - Empty Houses for Decoration

Recommended Posts

Hello!

I was wondering if anyone has and/or would like to make some empty houses for people to decorate in the CK (or in game, whatever). I simply adore all the TESA Alliances furniture/clutter resources ... but I'm terrible at building houses!

What I - and others, I'm sure - would ideally like is an empty house with room to put in beds, etc, but not have to worry about the walls/floors/navmeshing. Outside in the worldspace as well as in the interior cell ... something perfect for decorating, without worrying about holes in the floor or seams in the walls! Ambient lighting would be nice as well, eg: set up the light through the windows, and the interior cell color values (I think that's what I'm trying to say? LOL). But I'd want to put candlelight in myself!

Thank you so much for reading this! Hopefully there's an architect out there who doesn't like decorating & is willing to share :)

Actually building your house is fairly easy..... And as for having an empty house where you wouldn't have to worry about navimesh, well as soon as you add furniture and stuff you'll need to edit your navimesh so NPCs and companions don't try walking through walls and furniture.

I highly recommend you look into taking DarlRider's CK Basics course and it will help you learn all the basics of building your own house. and you can do it at your own pace. Information can be found here http://tesalliance.org/forums/index.php?/topic/4655-introduction-creation-kit-basics/
