Windows Profile Security

As some of may know (since I've said it to anyone that will listen) i get my gaming pc back today. As others may know. I now live with a 16 yr old girl.

 

Being the nice guy I am, and her not having one, I decided to let her use it while I'm at work (most of the day). BUT. i have never had to share a computer with someone I didn't trust before. Due to that, I have no knowledge of setting up permissions, blocks and other security on a second account.

 

Does anyone have any advice? I want to keep her from installing things, surfing the web (she has a laptop) but still be able to run online-required games. I would also like to be able to access her account no matter what she does (I do not trust her mother) and have a way of knowing if she got into mine. 

 

I can't seem to find a site online that will answer more than one question about this at a time, so does anyone know of any? All responses are appreciated .

If you don't trust her, don't give her access to your computer. Simple really
