CK Basics: Lesson #1

I think I got everything from both the main assignment and the extra credit. The 2 beds are upstairs with a floor pelt and end-table by each one. A horn chandelier hanging from the ceiling and a table in the room with seating for 2. A wall basket hangs at the head of each bed and a head mount is on the wall by the stairs. The stairway and bedroom are separated by a divider. The lower floor has a bar and shelf to the right of the fireplace. The second table with seating for 2 is near the bar. Above the fireplace is the second head mount and the hanging pelts are on the wall by the bar, the wall to the left of the fireplace, and near the doorway on each side. A second shelf is under the stairs.

I hope this link works. Also if the extra credit was done and the next lesson has us add the same type of item, like a shelf or container, do we add another shelf or just use the ones added from the extra credit?

Hello. I would like to join the class, please. For now I just threw in elements because I had a lot of other things to do today and had a lot of difficulty with lining the pelts and furniture up (eventually I remembered to double-click on them to manually change angles). I didn't fix them all yet, but I will. It's still butt-ugly but I'll more of a demolitionist than a decorator in matters of taste.

Overview - Render Window

Lower Level - Looking Eastward

Lower Level - West Side A little bar squeezed under the stairs. I'm thinking along the lines of a farmer's wife turning the first floor of their house into a little tavern; a few bottles of homebrew and a single stool to discourage people from coming in only to drink. This is her home, after all.

Upper Level - West Side I couldn't find the tables without benches at first and just stuck that single-bench one in there with a chair on the end. I left it there for now because of time pressure and the need to reorganize when I can.

Upper Level - Looking Eastward

Upper Level - Chandelier The first time I warped in, my toon appeared standing on this. Now he likes to appear in the middle of the downstairs table. (LOL, hopefully we will be covering doors or coc markers soon.)

Game - Chandelier

Game - Lower East

Game - Lower West

Game - Upper West

Game - Upper East

Hello. :)  I would like to be added to whatever current class is going through the tutorial, please.

Here are the shots for lesson one.  I'm not sure I did all of it of it correct - when I load the esp, I can't interact with the beds placed upstairs and is there supposed to be a void when you step out the door?

Hi everyone. Here's the homework including the extra credit criteria. I added a few extra things just to balance everything out. I liked the way I had the bar set up, but because of it, I couldn't find anywhere to fit a four-person table. So I made two smaller tables, one for the upstairs and one for downstairs, and then added stools to the front of the bar in order to compensate for the lack of a large table. The lighting is a little finicky, but I hope to become more adept with it soon.

I think I managed to fit everything in. Not sure if the classes are still running. The points would be motivating, but if they are no longer rewarded, I think I'm satisfied with just learning what is offered here ahaha.

P.S. this is for the special edition version with the 64-bit creation kit.

Hi everyone!
Name's Vokun and I'm a huge fan of TES V: Skyrim and always wanted to try out modding myself.
Now I finally got around to take a serious look into tutorials and found this website.
So I started with the CK introduction and the Basics Lesson 01 and was amazed by how easy it actually is to get into it.

Worked my way through and did the homework assignment plus extra.
Loved it!
