Hi!

I'm not supposed to answer this thread but I'm here to help. On your second picture, there are two beds that are placed against walls. The blue cubes on each sides of the beds (and other furniture like chairs) are entry points used by the sitting or lying down animations. The npcs who use yours beds will have the choice between entering the bed by the left or by the right. The problem is that in each case, one of the sides of your beds is blocked by a wall.

All you have to do is replace the beds by the versions that have only one blue cube either on the left or on the right. To do that, select the bed in the render window and click on Ctrl+F; a small window will appear on the top left of the screen. Choose the right bed in the list and click OK. That's it.

I think I joined the class awhile ago, but if not, I'd like to do so now!
Here is my work, including extra credit:

(I didn't want to divide my upper floor, so I used FarmIntLHLoftTop01 to make a safety railing around the gaping hole in the floor instead.)

My chair on the upper floor beside the night stands couldn't be activated in game. I don't think its position was the problem, but I moved it a little just in case. Haven't tried it again yet though.

I have a couple of questions... regarding (more than less) my poor yet trooper of a laptop's ability to run the game (even for testing purposes) without attempting to off itself...

Is there any possible way that I can run it on Xbox?  I know it's a heck of a lot more work on my part... but, it's worth it to save myself the headache {laptop] that's infinitely worse than the hurdle {XB1]

If it's not possible, or rather... if it's preferred that I don't go down that route; I can work something out to use a friends PC who also uses the CK/SSE and is blessed with a beast of a PC --- lucky no-bill-pay'n.... --- I'll stop there.  Sorry... My poor laptops running hot already. lol

I don’t think the CK can run on Xbox One only the mods themselves as far as I know. You’re off to a great start, you can head to lesson #2 when ready!

I finished Lesson 1, including the extra credit. It was so flippin' cool to go into my game and walk around a cell I created!! Here is a screen capture I did when I finished the lesson. It's about three minutes long, well almost four. It shows all the components and that the beds and chairs all work. I forgot to try the end tables on video, but I went back off camera and they work great. I wasn't sure if we were supposed to do screenshots within the Creation Kit, or in-game or both. If you'd rather I post still shots of all the elements, I have those as well and can post them if you need them.

I'm back after a hiatus. I went to continue on Lesson 2 and found that my computer ate my homework...literally. I couldn't find my tutorial esp anywhere, so I started over from scratch on Lesson 1 and I'm posting those screenshots here. All required items plus extra credit for the homework are included.

SLightly frustrated, going to have to start from scratch (NOT today), lost everything when my laptop died, got my laptop replaced, and promptly was bedbound for a month (not rona, just my disability...). Will be redoing lesson one and posting it tomorrow.

So, as far as I know I've done all assignments and E.C. I must say that making that bar was frustrating as rotating was off by like one pixel (the snapping portion at least) something tells me I may have nudged something without knowing :\

Anywho this has been immensely rewarding so far.
