Can't log in

Hi everyone

I'm using my Dad's account here for the moment, 'cause somehow I just can't log into my own. I wanted to do the skyrim school to learn how to use creation kit, so I got my own account, but now I can't log in there anymore and I really don't know what to do. I've had a new password sent, but whenever I've tried logging in with it I only got the "incorrect username or password" page. 

Anyone have any suggestions?

My username is "Tasca" and my email address is nataschailena AT geemale dot c'm.

I am not seeing anything obvious wrong with your account...... email address is correct, etc. Did you get the email for the password reset?

 

Unfortunately, I don't seem to have the ability to manually reset your password.

thanks a lot for the reply and sorry I haven't reacted for such a long time, there's been a lot going on, so I haven't had the chance to write back.

 

I did get the email with the new password, tried that one, tried the one I'd had before, no change. Would it be possible to just delete that account, so I could set up a new one and hope it works this time round?
