[SKY]Banners as doors?

Hello, I'm a bit new to modding Skyrim (around 5-6 days of experience). I was making a room to go to each of the major cities using doors. I had made doors using but when I went and tested them I could not return through them.

 

So, is it possible to use banners as doors?

Most meshes can be imported as a door object. As long as it has the correct collision so it will become activatable. Otherwise, you would have to create an activatable trigger zone around the banner, which would 'appear' that the banner is actually being activated when in reality the trigger zone is.

Although, I am not sure if a trigger zone can be a door object...

 

Also, when testing your mods, never use a save game that was 'saved' when your mod was activated. Bad things happen, such as things that should work do not.

It would just seem silly to load a save like that.

 

I'll try creating a trigger and seeing what happens

So I tried a trigger but I couldn't get it to work. So, I made it an automatic door and now it works but the range of the auto door is really large

What about just making one of the regular doors invisible and using that? Just apply that null texture set to it and you should be good to go.

That did it. Simple enough. I'll admit, it took me longer to find the texture than to implement it.
