How to delay dialogue topics?

Greetings. 

 

I am messing with quest editor again after many months away, and I need a little help.

 

My quest is not voiced, and dialogue topics just "flash" so quick that they cannot be read. I messed something that managed to delay SOME of them, but I don´t remember what.

 

How do I delay the display of dialogue topics in non-voiced quests?

 

Do I have to create a dummy sound file? If so, how do I do and where is it located? How do I pack it for my mod?

This is one way to do it through the CK.

 

Another way is to have people use the SKSE plug-in Fuz Ro D-oh, that adds silent voice to everything not voiced.
