Intro

Hello all,

I wouldn't necessarily call myself a noob to modding Skyrim, but I am completely new to TESA.

I just found out about it when searching the Internet for modder's resources, and I came across some of Insanity's stuff. Since then I've really enjoyed reading through and exploring this great and friendly community.

as far as "about me" (I'll try to keep this short) I started modding Skyrim back in 2012, messing with level design and followers, and other basic stuff. Then I started helping out others writing various novels for their mods. After that I played around with several other ideas, trying to learn all I could from texturing to quest design, but never releasing my work to to anyone.

Then in November of 2013 I started a Tolkien-inspired mod "the shire" which has grown much further than I originally anticipated. (Link to it's WiP thread in my signature) so that's going fairly well, should be realeasing the beta in a few months.

Anyway, hopefully I didn't bore anyone too badly with that. Looking forward to becoming a part of this fantastic community.

Hello and welcome TheBawb . Pretty much everything I know about modding I learned here with the exception of many blender tutorials and such. I have yet to break into skyrim modding though. Glad you found us.
