Can't find Glenroy's Ring

I have looked in the fireplace and Glenroy's Ring is not there. Using twf in the console I searched the entire lodge. It ain't anywhere. Can anyone give me the BaseID so I can use the console command placeatme to get the ring and then continue the quest. Or inform me of some other way to fix this. I have tried re-entering the lodge from an earlier save and also exiting and restarting the game. The ring does not appear.

In the corner with the crates and barrels you'll find a small box. Inside is a Clawed Note from Kin'Drava. You need to read it before the ring will spawn, have you read the note?

FIXED.

 

Ah-ha! Apparently I never looked for the ring after getting the note nor did I get the note before looking for the ring. This time I got the note (didn't have to read it?) then found the ring. Thank you. Now I can continue the quest.
