Some Things I Can't Figure Out To Finish My Mod

I have a boarding school mod called Dragons Keep that is nearly complete that I'd like to add a few polishing touches to, but I can't figure out how to do them.  So, I'm hoping some of you can help me.

1. I would like to have some of the interior doors close automatically a few seconds after an NPC or player has opened them.  Closing behind the player is not as important as closing behind NPC's & followers that are sandboxing.  I tried using the "defaultInteriorDoorShutScript" but either it didn't work, or I did it wrong.

2. Is there an animation that allows an NPC to read a book while sitting in a chair?  I have AI packeges designed to have about a dozen children gather & sit or lay down in front of a teacher sitting in a reading chair, so it appears that they are having story time.  I would like to have the teacher slowly turn the pages of the book while seated so it looks like she's reading them stories.

This is the only mod I've worked on, & I still think I'm somewhat of a noob, so if you have to spell it out to me like I'm five, that's okay :)

2. Could be wrong, but I'm almost certain this animation doesn't exist. However There is an animation for writing in a chair (which you may already be aware) I realize it doesn't quite fit it's intended purpose as well, but it could be the closest thing.

Whether this has been any help or not, good luck. Looks like a spectacular home.
