Creating a Heightmap for 14 cells in Tamriel (Needed for LOD)

Hello again all!

Alas I find myself in a pickle again. You would think that with all of the knowledge contained on the internet, that someone would be able to form a coherent thought with precise guidelines on how to achieve something. Turns out that they assume you know everything about everything. Well that's not the case.

My question,

I have 14 cells in Tamriel that I have edited. Raised the ground (or lowered in some cases) and built up in quite a dramatic fashion. Tamriel is a massive goddamn world. When trying to create lod in creationkit with texture and meshes and all that, i noticed that my cell coordinates weren't among the rendered files. (looking in the folders created) I've altered the world but I cannot create a heightmap for it. I mean I do not know how. Seems all the people who are "experts" are some of the worst teachers on the face of the earth. Some have said use oscape but that wont help me without a heightmap, a heightmap of vanilla skyrim... one that will not help me.. so i'm stuck. I can't progress until i get past this part.

Any thoughts?

See here:

For the coordinates, use one of a cell you didn't modify and is situated below and on the left of the first cell in your 14. You must "read" the cells you modified from the left to the right and from the bottom up. So if the first bottom left cell among the 14 you modified is 9,-01,  use 8,-02 as the debug coordinates. ;)

And please, please use a copy of your esp for generating any kind of lod! It will be heavily damaged (see photo in the linked thread).

Also, do not be too upset if people don't answer questions about generating the lod; it's a tricky subject and most of us had to use trial and errors before even making something that stands.
