Editing Constraints and Working with HDT Physics

Hello all. Me and my friend have been working on a Gorgon race mod that would include working snake hair. We've made some progress as seen in the picture below.
The snakes are weighted to hair bones that use HDT Physics so as to give the snakes a truly lively look. However we are having trouble working with constraints and we aren't quite sure on how to proceed. So far we only managed to fix one snake among the dozen but the others aren't as easy to fix. So anyone have any tips, advice, or any help to give on how to edit constraints and fix the issues?

Welcome to TESA. Which 3D modeling program are you using?

If it's 3DS Max, sorry, can't help.

If it's Blender, there's some excellent videos on this page that explain constraints and how to work with them, might be of some help to understand the mechanics.

If the issue is more specific to HDT, you'll probably have to google for more help. I believe most tutorials or support for it are housed on adult web sites.
