If I can rememember rightly, there are actually a couple of mods that delete cliff racers from the game.
I might try the castle, but how long is it in time?

I've just started your haunted castle Will! It looks fantastic so far, though I haven't even made it inside yet! :pints: Been a bit sidetracked testing dungeons! LOL As soon as I complete it, I'll let you know how it went but I have to say, it looks impressive as always from anything you put your hand to!

And Vince, thanks for those! I'll check them out, add them to the list! :pints:

the castle may take an hour or two. Possibly more the first time. Especially if you do not use the instrcutions I provided above for completeing it. It is a very tough castle, so save often. A level 30 or above character might help you survive though. And there is a lot of running back and forth to destroy the gem. And make sure you read the notes I left around the place...

Sounds like you went throught the front doors! That is the tough route. There is another way that is much easier.

I used to get slow-down in the castle exterior because of all the skeletons. But wth my faster computer, I hardly even noticed it.

You 'can' kill the evil one at the end without destroying the heart gem, but it will be very difficult unless you have an overpowered sword and some way to heal yourself alot.

NOTE: As you play and you see the 'new' looking torture devices, just remember that its all built with vanilla objects, nothing new or retextured!

I haven't really experienced any slow down in the Exterior. Figures I'd pick the tough route first! LOL I left off exploring the castle grounds for another way in...and I like to fill in the map. :pints: If there's another way, I'll find it! Having fun with it so far! Thanks!

CONTINUE IT FOR THE IMPERIUS!

Although I started on Oblivion (12th Birthday with PS3), I still really like morrowind. But its something that is harder to interested in, because it's one of those overwhelming games when you first start them!

It should be pretty apparent to those who know me how much I love Morrowind.

First of all I feel strongly about MWSE (Morrowind Script Extender) which is now bundled in MGE (Morrowind Graphics Extender).

At one point I had those both running with MWE (Morrowind Enhanced) but after an update a while back, MGE has a new front end preloader which seems to have foiled my trickery.

So on with it.

Wrye Mash.

Morrowind Ecology

Bloodmoon Landscape overhaul

All Destinations

Better Bodies & BB Clothiers of Vvardenfall

Book Jackets for Morrowind with Book Rotate

Buyable Ghorak Manor

Cali's Starstone Outpost

ASH (Alchemy Storage Helper)

Costa Realty

Siltstrider Home

DHFurniture Stores & Thrift Shop etc

Fwuffy's less Cliffracers

FireFlies

Featherweight Soul Gems

Eight Plates

Healers

Ice's Hideaway

Illuminated Windows

JJ's soulgem replacer

Less Weather

MW Public Library

Real Signposts

Soulgems for sale

Tel Magus

Universal Companion Share

Vivec Signposts

And for when I'm making my own mods or tweaking someone else's

GMST Vaccine

This is not everything I'm using, just the best stuff I really love.

Yeah there's a theme here. the stuff I replace in Oblivion is the same stuff I replace in Morrowind and vice versa.

Oh wonderful list of ideas there Maad! Anytime you want to add a few links in as well, please do!

Slightly off topic here. I was debating earlier making a list of Morrowind Modders Resources, as we have one for Oblivion. Think there would be a use for it?

The short answer is yes, the longer answer.. includes a stubborn set of pauldrons and more of my annoying questions. Resources are always wonderful, and I'm hoping that people will be modding for Morrowind such that we'll be hanging on to old PCs and building emulators like DOSBox if we have to. I'm not making sense it's time for bed.

Morrowind Grass - Adds you guessed it! Grass! To various areas of the mainland. If you are using MGE there is an esp for animated grass, a la Oblivion.

These are various texture packs/mods made by Vality which will change your game in beautiul ways. I highly recommend these.

Vality's Ascadian Isles

Vality's Balmora

Vality's Bitter Coast

Vality's Ice Caverns Enhanced

There you go Psy!!
