im going to start working on  my first "official" mod when christmas comes around its going to center around the necromancers, and the Nine Necromatic Lords which are always at war and send war parties of undead and necromancers to your fort (emporer zero's fort, it was never implemented into the game so im  going to use it, its crawling with undead and necromancers) hopefully by then  ill learn to be a moderate scripter so i can make a script to order undead around and script rival necromancers to attack your fort, iv got most of the easy part done already, added a few forts and added the Necromatic Lords  also i added the first quest, Rise to Power, which is complete, just boring.

P.S dont go around cities while you are a Necromatic Lord the guards attack you on sight, dont know why though, ill try to fix that, and then ill post my beta before Christmas and the initial release will be somewhere in May (i plan to make it have an extensive choice and consequence system where you could end up as either a Necromatic Lord, his right-hand man, his servant,  at the bottom of a crap pile, or dead)

You might reconsider posting a public BETA. A lot of modders have trouble finishing once they post a BETA publically. I've seen some modders become overwhelmed by the negative feedback on an unfinished product that they give it up. You might have more success if you recruit some testers for a closed BETA release, then make your finished mod available to the public with the bugs worked out!  :)
