HowTo: Downloading Files

TESA is best known for it's modding school, but TESA also offer's modders a place to share their files and for mod users to download files. So let's take a look at how we could go about downloading a mod that has piqued our interest.

First thing we need to do is go to the download module, to do this we look at the very top of the forum. Here you will see lnks for the likes of our Home page, the forum index among many other links. The one we want is the Downloads one.



And here we are, this is how the Downloads page looks



What we're going to do is download the Featured File which you can see at the top of the screen, as of writing this we have a nice rocking horse resource from Tamira, click the mods title and we'll head into the od file page.



And here we have the mod file page, this is where you'll find all the information about the mod, it's screenshots and any other details the author would like to share.



Downloading a file is really easy, if you look up at the top of the file page you will see a big blue Download button.



Click the button and you'll be taken to an agreement page, this is the usual fair for downloads, have a read and if you agree click the agree button.

After that you'll be taken the files screen where you can choose which file you want, most mods will only have the one file.



Click the Download button next to the file or files you want and the downloads will begin
