THX Windmill tilter, I got it working.I was Adding a an armature modifier to the meshes.And apparantly I was supposed to parent everything to the armature.

Hiya All,I'm working on a custom armor for elsweyr confederacy, got it modelled, uv mapped, textured, parented to skeleton,Here's a pic in nifscope. http://i201.photobucket.com/albums/aa110/shewter2006/nifscope.jpg Problem is I can pick it up fine but when I try to equip it the game crashes.
